Jason Jones  AIA

As the director of our Charlotte office, Jason Jones is a designer with more than 28 years of diverse experience, including the design and management of K-12, higher education, mixed-use residential, and cultural arts projects. He has partnered with numerous colleges and universities, including the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Penn State University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the North Carolina A&T State University. Jason believes a comprehensive understanding of the needs of building users leads to the development of innovative solutions. He presents frequently on higher education facilities to the Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO-I), the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), and other professional organizations.

Jason excels at nurturing client relationships while ensuring design continuity and project delivery. Growing up in a construction family, Jason spent extensive time on building sites and balances his creative nature with an appreciation of the finer details of building construction. He is an active member of SCUP, ACUHO-I, ACEC North Carolina, and the Construction Professional Network of North Carolina. Jason earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
