Derick Ritter  LEED AP

Derick is a senior project manager in our Charlotte office who is focused on large projects for educational, commercial, and industrial clients. He enjoys the process of collaborating with team stakeholders to create innovative and cost-effective solutions. As a project manager, Derick provides strategic insight by leveraging his previous mechanical engineering design experience. He is known for his hands-on approach and is often able to pinpoint potential problems before they occur.

Derick is experienced in and passionate about incorporating sustainable design elements whenever possible to minimize environmental impact. Some of his recent projects include the Clemson University Douthit Hills Student Community, the University of Oklahoma Cross Student Housing Complex, and the new Virginia Tech Upper Quad Residence Hall.
